Francisco Furtado has been in the beauty industry for 20+ years.

 

Joining LifeSpa in January of 2017, he quickly rose to the prestigious level of Elite Stylist while simultaneously winning multiple Spotlight Awards with the company and has been a Stylist twice at New York Fashion Week. He is a Wella Color Master. Dual licensed, he attended Gem City School of Cosmetology in Quincy, Illinois and Buffalo Barber Academy in Buffalo, New York. After graduation he owned and operated his own Spa and Salon for 7 years, setting new standards of excellence in the beauty industry.

 

He continually expands his knowledge of the most cutting edge standards and techniques and has worked with such exceptional names as MAC, Estee Lauder, Benefit, Aveda, Lancôme and Christian Dior.

A native of the Azore Islands, Portugal, he moved to the Bay Area in California at age 10. His international background has allowed him to become fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
