My name is Katie and I have been a cosmetologist for 11 years and specialize in men’s grooming and curly hair. On top of loving what I do, I am also a wife and mom.

 

Being a mom and wife to a firefighter I find myself being able to relate to my clients on so many levels. Whether it be needing that extra boost of confidence after having a baby, or being a working mom who doesn’t usually make time for self-care. Knowing how special it is that people made time for their appointment and took time away from work or family that day, it is always my goal to give them the best experience and get that confidence level back up!

 

Although I love doing all services when it comes to cosmetology, I’m most passionate about men’s grooming and curly hair clients. People struggle to find a stylist that can do an amazing fade and also get the rest of the cut perfect and that’s where I feel I can accommodate to a very high standard. When it comes to my curly hair clients, not many stylists have the knowledge for this, but I am very proud to say I am confident tending to all hair textures!

 

I was fortunate enough to live in 4 other countries in my early 20’s. During this time I was able to be perform men’s grooming for professional athletes. This leveled up my skills as a stylist and helped me understand how to communicate with everyone.
